Business Analyst

Client: Our client is a leading financial company operating in Canada, focused on delivering innovative digital solutions to simplify financial operations for end-users. We are currently developing multiple web platforms aimed at enhancing user experience and streamlining financial services.
Position overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst with strong experience in the financial domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that our platforms meet user expectations and regulatory standards.

• Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure solutions align with financial regulations and client goals.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions with stakeholders.

• Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial domain.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and user behavior.
• Proven experience with web platform development and user-centric design.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Background in financial projects is essential.
• Understanding of Salesforce and AI technologies.
• Availability to work in alignment with the Central European Time (CET) zone.
