Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demos to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Regularly update the CRM system with all client interactions and sales activity.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines, B2B sales processes, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
