A Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They gather and document requirements, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and document business requirements
• Analyze data and create reports
• Recommend process improvements
• Coordinate between business and technical teams
• Support testing and ensure solution accuracy

Skills:
Analytical thinking, communication, documentation, data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL), and understanding of SDLC/Agile.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s in related field

Minimum 1 year experience is must
