Job Title: Business Analyst

The Business Analyst acts as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating business needs into actionable solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, interpreting data, and supporting strategic initiatives through clear documentation and collaboration.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process modeling (BPMN, UML)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and document business requirements and workflows
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and project documentation
• Support project tracking and contribute to training materials
