Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
  • Gather, analyse, and document requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis of business processes.
  • Work on telecom-specific systems such as OSS, BSS, CRM, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, and Network Management.
  • Define and manage business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Support solution design, data mapping, and integration between telecom systems.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and assist in test case validation.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Track requirements through the lifecycle and manage changes effectively.
  • Provide support in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Job Requirement

  • 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years in the Telecom domain.
  • Strong understanding of Telecom processes: Customer Onboarding, Order Management, Service Provisioning, Billing & Revenue Assurance, Network Operations.
  • Expertise with telecom technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G, VoIP, Fiber, etc.) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with requirement gathering tools, documentation, and process modeling (UML, BPMN, Use Cases, Wireframes).
  • Strong skills in SQL, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and business teams, be able to build comprehensive requirements specifications.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Business Administration.
Telecom certifications (TM Forum, eTOM, ITIL, CBAP, CCBA) will be an added advantage.
Prior experience with large-scale Telecom transformation or migration programs.
