Business Analyst
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Business Analyst (HRMS Domain) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative Human Resource Management System (HRMS) products that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document HRMS product requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
· Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on HRMS product vision and goals.
· Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitor research within the HR technology and HRMS space to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
· User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide HRMS product development, ensuring that features such as payroll, attendance, recruitment, and performance management are built to specifications.
· Data Analysis: Analyze HRMS product performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization in workflows, usability, and functionality.
· Project Management Support: Assist in project planning and monitoring HRMS-related initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
· Documentation & Wireframing: Maintain thorough documentation of HRMS product requirements, specifications, and design decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the HRMS or HR Tech domain.
· Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical HR and business stakeholders.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; familiarity with SQL or similar querying languages is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹249,772.56 - ₹1,264,153.74 per year
