Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–4 years of professional experience in LOS, Insurance, and CRM domains. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering and understanding discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, and workflows.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Use Cases/User Stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
