Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business analysis to capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Create detailed documentation of business processes, models, and specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and gain consensus among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
