Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure business needs are accurately implemented.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support new product or feature development.
- Prepare business process models, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product development.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration between business and system processes.
- Assist in the creation of wireframes, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Provide analytical insights to improve existing fintech products and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of fintech products such as payment gateways, digital wallets, core banking systems, or lending platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
