Job Summary
We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Content and Documentation Associate
to support our business growth through
technical content development, proposal management, and documentation compliance
. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing
technical and financial proposals
and ensuring full
compliance with bidding requirements
such as EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, LOIs, and proposal submissions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage technical and commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.

Draft and coordinate responses for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, including technical and financial proposals, compliance forms, and supporting materials.

Ensure all submissions meet tender specifications, formatting standards, and compliance criteria within strict deadlines.

Collaborate with business development, legal, and technical teams to produce complete, compliant, and competitive bid packages.

Maintain and update internal document repositories, templates, and process guidelines for efficient proposal development.

Support preparation of client presentations, partnership materials, and internal documentation.

Uphold confidentiality and ensure all documentation adheres to internal and industry best practices.
Must-Have Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management under tight deadlines.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with complete ownership.

Experience in technical content writing, proposal development, or business documentation.

Solid understanding of bidding and tender compliance, particularly for technical and financial proposal preparation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IT, AI, or Deep Tech sectors.

At least 1- 3 years of experience

Familiarity with government or enterprise tendering processes.

Knowledge of software documentation and version control is a strong plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
