Business Analyst

Xebia seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Passenger Service Systems (PSS ) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and support the implementation of airline systems covering reservations, ticketing, and departure control.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to PSS modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Support solution design, testing, and deployment of PSS enhancements.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend system or process improvements.

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements:

4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the aviation or travel industry.

Hands-on experience with Passenger Service Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Navitaire, Radixx, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
