Consultant - Platform Innovation, Government Solutions Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility: Work with Implementation team to ensure timely implementation of projects, enhancements, and compliance. Define governance and oversee project activities to ensure business strategies and goals are met.
- Work deeply on technical aspects for delivering issuing and acquiring projects
- Project Budgets and Governance
- Keeping internal and external alignment by managing projects, tracking other service deliveries
- Analyse and bridge technical delivery issues with Government entities and Banks internal Department in timely fashion
- Coordination with Vendors and internal departments for Business requirements
- Technical Requirement gathering, RFP, solution scoping and design
- Implementation of Payment Schemes and other regulatory compliances
- Maintain control under strict FAB policy & compliance requirements
- Technical Support to Sales team
- Performing UAT end to end
- Ensure Controls & Compliance to procedures
- Effort Negotiations
- Raise the projects with PMO; oversee the execution of project
- Working with BA to ensure alignment on the BRD based on client's scope
- Lead the UAT to ensure requirements are properly delivered by technology team
- Identifying platform enhancements
- Managing the handover of a project/functionality to business support team
- Ensure to abide by compliance programs that monitor obligations towards external parties including, but not limited to, Regulatory/Card Schemes/PCI DSS rules & regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 10 years' relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the business function.
- Arabic language proficiency required.
