Business analyst

Hi everyone!

We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team Stitch In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving product implementations for our Lending solutions. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of our platform.

LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES FROM LEBANON OR EGYPT

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a strong understanding of lending products and gain in-depth knowledge of Stitch’s solutions.

2. Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into clear, structured documentation such as Business Solution

3. Documents (BSDs), ser stories, test cases, etc.

4. Work closely with the technology team to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.

5. Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation lifecycle, owning timelines and deliverables.

6. Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – including training end-users and guiding them through the UAT process.

7. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-live. What We’re Looking For:
