Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you have proven record of leading business analysis initiatives, defining requirements, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring project success across all phases of delivery.

You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards—while balancing technical requirements, business goals, and client expectations.

Missions & responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed Business Analysis documents, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead and support business analysis activities across both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into deliverables.
• Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet defined business needs.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis deliverables, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience working on similar large-scale or complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Holds a professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
