Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Job Responsibilities & Skills:

· Be able to analyze business processes in order to identify areas for improvement, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and profitability

· Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify problems and opportunities for enhancement and greater efficiency.

· Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements from stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.

· Design and propose solutions to business problems and work with technical teams to implement them.

· Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders through reports and presentations.

· Partner with various teams across the organization to ensure project goals are met and that solutions are successfully integrated.

· Perform research to understand market conditions, identify opportunities for growth, and stay updated on relevant technologies.

· Possess Analytical, communication and problem solving skills.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors
Experience: 2-3 years
