Business Analyst (Technical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories to document business and system needs.
• Conduct data analysis to support requirements validation and decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of deliverables.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and validating solutions against business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, healthcare, or software projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
