Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Analyst III to join our dynamic team. This role involves acting as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to facilitate the development and implementation of business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within technological environments, particularly with experience in NetSuite ERP systems. This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and support teams to gather and define requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, system workflows, and functional requirements to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive user stories and profiles by conducting interviews, document analysis, and utilizing business process descriptions.
• Collaborate with scrum team members to refine business and processing logic, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead multiple project initiatives simultaneously, providing tactical direction and decision-making support to resolve issues as they arise.
• Facilitate the release planning and sprint planning sessions, contributing to the overall road-mapping of project timelines.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by defining clear acceptance criteria and conducting acceptance testing.
• Engage in defect triage and support customer issue resolution as escalated.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Agile project delivery and scrum methodologies.
• At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for experience in NetSuite ERP environments.
• Proficient understanding of NetSuite modules including Order to Cash, Inventory Management, and Accounting.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required to interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, capable of driving projects to successful completion.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  
  
  

Pay Range: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
