Business Analyst

Band :B1

Experience:-

• 1year to 2 years
• BPO experience (preferably in Content Moderation area)
• Fluency in communication, presentation & data interpretation skills, Individual contributor, industry knowledge - LLM, Google trends
• Trained on Power-BI / Power Apps (Good to hire skills)

Responsibilities:-

1) Generate business insights through - 
   a) Routine social media trend analytics 
   b) Data crunching, and
   c) Industry trends

2) Project studies to highlight program deficiencies, risks, actionable areas
3) Liaise to conduct Kaizen / VSM workshops

Location:  Hyderabad

Experience: 1-3 Years
