Job Description: - Business Analyst: -
Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst who can act as a bridge between business teams and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, evaluating suitable products in the market, organizing demos, finalizing the solution, driving implementation, and ensuring smooth adoption through training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and desired outcomes. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. Prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility.
. Market Research & Product Evaluation Identify and evaluate existing products or solutions that best meet business requirements. Conduct gap analysis between current processes and available solutions. Organize product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) sessions with vendors. Facilitate comparison and recommendation of optimal solutions based on functionality, cost, scalability, and support.
. Implementation & Deployment Work closely with vendors, internal IT, and business teams to plan and execute implementation. Manage end-to-end deployment, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to new solutions. Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
. Training & Change Management Develop user training materials and conduct hands-on sessions for end-users. Ensure effective adoption and user satisfaction post-implementation. Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and enhancements.
. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement Track system performance, user feedback, and evolving business needs. Proactively identify opportunities for optimization or upgrades. Maintain documentation and manage periodic reviews with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Consultant, or similar role.
. Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirement documentation.
. Proven experience in evaluating and implementing SaaS or enterprise solutions.
. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
. Ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and vendor teams.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience in vendor management or product evaluation.
. Exposure to ERP, CRM, HRMS, or other enterprise platforms.
. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
