Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain MIS dashboards and reports
• Data analysis, trend identification & insights
• Database management and data warehousing
• Weekly MIS meetings with Sales team
• Create sales reports & performance dashboards
• Support interdepartmental data integration
• Present monthly MIS insights to management
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity & security

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in CS / IT or related field
• 8+ years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis
• Strong SQL & BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Tableau)
• Skills in Python / R preferred
• Strong analytical & communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,681.35 - ₹1,000,177.41 per month
