About the Role

Experienced BA with strong requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination for projects in Qatar/Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, user manuals.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze workflows & propose optimizations.
• Support solution design with tech/product teams.
• Handle SIT/UAT, impact analysis, feasibility.
• Support change requests & enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years as a Business Analyst.
• Qatar ID + Arabic Fluency (mandatory).
• Experience with GCC clients (preferably Qatar).
• Strong knowledge of BA frameworks (BPMN, UML), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, communication.

Preferred

• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise systems.
