Roles & Responsibilities

Explain requirements to the developers and get it implemented accordingly.

Ensuring sanity testing and impacted areas of change to be tested/validated before confirming to business users.

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions with IT team.

Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge (Retail Assets)
-
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
-
Ability to influence stakeholders.

Prior experience with FICO BRE projects

Strong documentation, implementation & analytical skills and familiarity with various tools e.g., Office, Visio, Smart Draw.

Understanding of JSON is must
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.

Over 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Hands-on experience with FICO Blaze Advisor and decision management projects.
-
Understanding of Credit & Loan Origination lifecycle.
-
Familiarity with credit strategies, scorecards, and risk models.
-
Experience with Decision Harvesting Workbook (DHW) is mandatory.
-
Familiar in documentation tools: MS Office, Visio, SmartDraw.

Basic understanding of JSON and its use in API and system design.
-
Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
