Job Description - Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in the software domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into clear, well-structured requirements for successful software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software-based projects.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct requirement review and validation sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support UAT, manage requirement changes, and assist in post-implementation activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation, workflows, and process mappings are maintained.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in creating and managing BRD and FRD.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/IT projects.

Preferred:

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Experience working on web and mobile application projects.
