Brackets is a fast-growing software development company specializing in AI-powered digital healthcare platforms, HIPAA-compliant solutions, and custom SaaS development. We partner with startups and healthcare organizations across North America, the GCC, and beyond to deliver intelligent, secure, and scalable products.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can translate client visions into actionable software requirements and help ensure smooth communication between our technical team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather, define, and document requirements.
• Create user stories, feature specs, and process flows for development sprints.
• Analyze and map client workflows, especially in healthcare and SaaS environments, to identify inefficiencies and suggest digital solutions.
• Work with UI/UX teams to translate business logic into intuitive user interfaces.
• Support the development team during sprints by clarifying requirements and reviewing deliverables.
• Ensure that developed solutions align with business goals and user expectations.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and collecting feedback to iterate on solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research where needed to support strategic planning.
• Prepare client-facing documents, proposals, and walkthroughs to communicate project scope and updates clearly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or software services company (healthcare domain preferred).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with international clients.
• Experience working with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Miro, Figma, or similar.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically and solve problems.
