Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :

Understanding business requirements through user requirements gathering sessions.

Communicate with clients using technical language and prepare clear, persuasive documentation and messages
-
Understand complex project requirements and prepare detailed documentation
-
Review existing documents to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

System GAP Analysis, Mapping business requirements to Functional solutions.

Prepare key documentation, including:
-
Business Requirement Document (BRD)
-
Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
-
Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
-
Ensure documentation is reviewed and signed off by clients.
-
Create wireframes and data flow diagrams (DFDs) to visualize workflows and system interactions
-
Develop functional specifications that guide development teams in creating application solutions.
-
Should be responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
-
Perform QA (Quality Assurance) activities for deliverables produced by project teams and implementation vendor
-
Identify what technology is needed, find any gaps in current systems, and suggest better, more streamlined solutions to improve how things run.
Qualifications
-
Education: BCA / B.Tech
-
Experience: 5 – 8 years of relevant experience
