Requirements

· Process Optimization

· UI/UX Design

· Mapping & finalizing requirements & documenting functional specifications

· Creating detailed end-to-end Customer Journey & Process Flows for all proposed Features/New Processes or Process Improvements.

· Waterfall methodologies & AGILE Scrum

· Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) & Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

· Optimizing processes by performing Process Analysis, identifying issues, designing and delivering better value to the bank and customers.

· Supporting ongoing OCF (One Click Finance) & ICC (Instant Credit Card) monthly campaigns there by supporting to increase product reach.

· Providing UAT support by briefing changes to QA teams and sharing required artifacts which will be helpful in successful UAT.

· Optimizing processes by performing Process Analysis, identifying issues, designing and delivering better value to the bank and customers.

· Collaborating closely with different stakeholders to resolve any development impediments and queries raised by Developers and QA teams.

· Monitoring Digital Transformation Project progress, tracking milestones & timeliness, and identifying potential roadblocks.
