Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst

Role Objective

The Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) will provide high-level business analysis services to support a leading real-estate organization’s Salesforce expansion and digital transformation. Operating under client governance while supported by the service provider’s delivery framework, the incumbent will bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical Salesforce solutions.

2. Scope of Services & Key Responsibilities

Business Liaison & Requirement Engineering:

  • Act as the primary interface between core business units (Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Finance, Legal) and the technical delivery teams.
  • Capture, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements related to the property sales lifecycle, leasing operations, and CRM enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process maps, and Agile user stories.

Salesforce Solution Support:

  • Drive Salesforce feature extensions, including lead-to-lease automation, real-time inventory tracking, and contract management.
  • Support the implementation of complex commission models and digital customer portals.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with business stakeholders and compliance teams to ensure alignment.

Quality Assurance & Training:

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, overseeing data validation and deployment readiness.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and lead adoption programs to ensure successful system transitions.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation including SOPs and runbooks.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure all Salesforce configurations comply with local regulatory frameworks and data residency requirements specific to Qatar and the GCC .
  • Operate strictly within ITIL and Agile-based managed services delivery models.

3. Experience & Skills

Technical & Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience specifically within Salesforce-centric transformation programs.
  • Proven exposure to the Real Estate, Construction, or Asset Management domains is essential.
  • Deep understanding of the Leasing Lifecycle , customer onboarding, and real estate financial reporting.

Regional & Regulatory Knowledge:

  • Previous experience working within enterprise environments in the GCC region is highly advantageous.
  • Functional knowledge of regional privacy laws, compliance standards, and local data residency regulations.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with expert-level documentation and process-mapping capabilities.

4. Qualifications & Certifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
