Job Description -

Drive Go-To-Market process and tooling (including Data Analytics) primarily for Client’s internal deployment of Kantata.

This includes:

● Systems transformation, including system and data analysis, bugs and enhancement and support.

● Lead the administration of the Kantata platform.

● Take on additional platforms including at Client’s direction, but not limited to Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan and Kantata.

Qualifications:

● System Administration / Service Desk experience in ServiceNow.

● Data Analytics (Google Sheets/Excel data manipulation, SQL or similar).

● Sales and/or Delivery Operations (or similar).

● Working on ticket management in JIRA.

● Operational SLA reporting.

● Business requirement and user story documentation.

● Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely. SQL and Tableau Experience.
