We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in the US Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define requirements, streamline processes, and enable delivery of high-quality solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis, requirements elicitation, problem/ incident analysis, conducting workshops, etc.
• Coordinate with onsite counterpart /customer on BA activities and deliverables.
• Provide pre-construction walkthrough to development and QA teams.
• Attend post-construction walkthroughs to ensure the developed feature is in line with requirements.
• Own BA deliverables.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in US property and casualty insurance domain and GW insurance suite.
• Good understanding of personal or commercial line policies
• Experience on GW PC or other COTS implementation project for personal or commercial lines
• Working on at least 3 of the following areas during policy admin system implementation –
• UI
• UW issues
• Rating
• Forms
• Product Model
• Good functional understanding of GW OOTB products
• Thorough understanding of ISO/NCCI/Bureau and Commercial products.
• Will provide pre-construction walkthrough to development and QA teams.
• Will attend post-construction walkthroughs to ensure the developed feature is in line with requirements.
• Will own BA deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good To Have:
Candidates with these additional skills on their resumes have an added advantage when their profiles are being assessed. Some of them are as follows:

• AINS certification or any other equivalent certification.
• Guidewire Associate Certification in the last version i.e. Las Lenas.
