Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive Mid-Level Business Analyst to join the Marketing Intelligence Unit (MIU). This strategic role is dedicated to interpreting refined data and driving actionable insights for CVM, Happy You, Smart Sell and Marketing. The candidate will translate complex analytical findings into formal Opportunity Briefs , clearly articulating revenue potential and strategic recommendations. Success is measured by the value of the realized revenue uplift from implemented initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


· Opportunity Identification: Proactively analyze key metrics and analytical findings (sourced from the SAS Data Mart) to identify and prioritize high-value cross-sell, up-sell, and retention opportunities across all customer touchpoints.


· Strategic Translation: Convert complex analytical outputs into clear, concise, and persuasive Opportunity Briefs , detailing the precise target audience, execution steps, and quantified expected revenue uplift for execution teams.


· Hypothesis Formulation: Develop and structure rigorous business hypotheses related to customer behavior, product propensity, and channel effectiveness for the Data Analyst to validate.


· Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing Intelligence Unit (MIU) and operational execution teams (CVM, Marketing), presenting strategic findings and securing consensus on opportunity deployment.


· Impact Tracking: Meticulously track and report on the Realized Revenue Uplift (RRU) generated by implemented opportunities, conducting post-campaign analysis to provide continuous strategic feedback.


· Customer Journey Mapping: Utilize data-driven insights to propose and formalize enhancements to the existing Direct-to-Customer (D2C) hot leads journey, focusing on hyper-personalization and communication sequencing.


Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with a strong quantitative component.


· 6 years + experience in a role requiring the translation of data/analytics into formal business strategy or sales/marketing action plans.


· Proven ability to interpret statistical models, analytical reports, and large datasets to extract meaningful, strategic business insights.


· Excellent presentation and professional communication skills, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders and operational teams.


Preferred Qualifications:


· Significant prior experience in the Life Insurance industry is highly preferred to ensure accurate interpretation of product and compliance implications.



· Demonstrated experience in creating detailed business cases or strategy documents that define scope, projected ROI, and resource requirements
