Support executive leadership by delivering data-driven insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. This role bridges strategy, operations, and analytics—helping the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leaders make informed decisions and drive organizational effectiveness.
Strategic & Executive Support
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to support CEO and leadership priorities
- Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Support planning cycles, OKRs, KPIs, and company-wide initiatives
Business & Data Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business functions
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance
- Conduct financial, operational, and market analysis as required
- Develop business cases and scenario analyses for strategic decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with teams across finance, operations, product, HR, and sales
- Translate business needs into analytical insights and recommendations
- Track progress of cross-functional initiatives and executive action items
Process & Performance Improvement
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Help standardize reporting and decision-making frameworks
Special Projects
- Support ad hoc strategic projects led by the Chief of Staff or CEO
- Assist with board materials, investor updates, and leadership communications
- Perform research and analysis to support executive-level decisions
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
