Business Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to act as a strategic partner to the COO and senior leadership team. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, process optimization, and execution .

What You’ll Do

• Document end-to-end processes (Sales, Onboarding, SLA, Operations, Support)
• Develop SOPs to drive scalability and operational excellence
• Translate business needs into structured BRDs and actionable tech requirements.
• Build KPI dashboards tracking platform adoption, deployment progress & operational performance
• Identify bottlenecks in app/solution deployment and drive cross-functional resolution
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases & performance reports

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years in Business Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, or Operations Excellence
• Strong analytical & financial modeling skills
• Experience building KPIs, dashboards & process frameworks
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
• SaaS / platform experience is a strong plus
