Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making across sales, revenue, customer experience, and operations within our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Performance Analytics

• Analyze sales, revenue, collections, cancellations, and customer lifecycle performance.
• Study booking trends, conversion ratios, and revenue leakage.
• Support pricing, forecasting, and inventory release strategies.
• Conduct project-wise profitability and margin analysis.

Revenue & Financial Insights

• Track cash flow forecasts, collection efficiency, aging, and overdue trends.
• Highlight revenue risks and propose corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Monitor ROI and financial health for each project.

Customer & CRM Analytics

• Analyze customer journey metrics from lead to handover.
• Monitor NPS, complaints, and service turnaround times.
• Identify churn indicators and suggest retention strategies.
• Perform segmentation: investor vs end-user, region, ticket size, etc.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Benchmark with market competitors and analyze pricing trends.
• Study demand-supply dynamics and absorption rates.
• Provide insights for market positioning and competitive strategy.

Operational & Process Intelligence

• Identify process gaps impacting TAT, collections, or customer satisfaction.
• Build and automate analytics dashboards (Salesforce / Power BI / Tableau).
• Recommend improvements in CRM and backend operational workflows.

Executive Reporting & Dashboards

• Design and manage dashboards for CXOs and business heads.
• Present monthly business reviews with actionable insights.
• Create KPI scorecards aligned with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• 4-7 years of Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
• Background in real estate analytics preferred.
• Ability to transform data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
