Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

- Identify and document business processes and procedures

- Develop and maintain business process models and diagrams

- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions

- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues

- Provide training and support to end-users

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
