We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst specializing in AI-driven digital transformation to join our team onsite in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. EPAM is renowned for delivering cutting-edge technological solutions to transform businesses worldwide.

Our client aims to develop cutting-edge generative AI products for Downstream, focusing on scalable, reliable and evolving solutions that generate high-quality, contextually relevant content to transform business and user interactions with digital content.

In this role, you will gather, document and analyse business requirements and create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure alignment with client strategic goals
• Work within agile frameworks to define, prioritize and manage AI solution requirements
• Translate business needs into AI-driven product features and user stories for development teams
• Optimize solution performance and evaluate existing workflows, data structures and AI model outputs
• Translate business needs into functional, non-functional and transition requirements
• Document requirements according to the selected framework, BA approach and definition of ready (e.g., use cases, epics, user stories including acceptance criteria)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional business analysis experience
• Experience in managing the scope of requirements within projects
• Experience using requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GitLab)
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in requirements
• Experience arranging and facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders
• Experience using visual modeling notations (UML, BPMN), wireframes and diagrams
• Ability to support solution testing/UAT
• Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

Nature of Work and Working Hours

The usual working hours for full-time roles at EPAM in Saudi Arabia are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible.
