Job Title: Business Analyst.

Jo Duties & Task:

) Analyze critical applications and data accuracy to identify overall performance and quality trends and their impact on quality and accuracy.
) Conduct targeted reviews to QA targets and test scenario results for overall adherence to approved and expected results, business processes adherence, desktop procedures, and functional outcomes.
) Identify correction, prevention, and improvement opportunities and facilitate their implementation.
) Monitor proposed changes to approved operational procedures and business processes to ensure that they are in accordance with expectations.
) Facilitate team and user meetings effectively,
) Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
) Review status and documentation prepared by the team and provide status reports and communication, and Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
