Job Summary:
A System Analyst supports the IT Business Partner by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements. The role involves capturing key decisions, preparing structured documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders and the Digital team to ensure clear communication, alignment, and effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Create process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and system workflows.
System Analysis & Design
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Coordinate with developers to ensure proper system implementation.
Perform gap analysis between existing systems and proposed solutions.
Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
Testing & Implementation Support
Prepare test cases and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify and document bugs or system issues.
Support deployment and ensure system functionality post-implementation.
Provide end-user training and documentation where required.
Coordination & Communication
Act as liaison between business teams and technical teams.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Assist in change management and system enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Basic understanding of databases and system architecture.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
