Data Analyst

The position focuses on advanced Excel skills, data visualization, and critical thinking to support business analysis and reporting. The role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas) for data analysis
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business objectives
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reports
• Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience in business analysis or reporting roles
• Familiarity with SQL or data management tools

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
