Business Analyst

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to contribute to our corporate digital transformation processes.

• Analyze requirements received from business units to clearly define needs,
• Conduct and report needs analyses,
• Coordinate between business units, vendors, and the software development team,
• Manage and execute testing processes,
• Prepare all necessary analysis documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Mathematics Engineering,
• Experience in software projects, with in-depth knowledge of business analysis processes and methodologies,
• Understanding of project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant position,
• Basic knowledge of SQL,
• Proficiency in English sufficient to understand technical documentation and terminology,
• (Preferred) B-class driver’s license and active driving experience,
• For male candidates: military service completed,
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, and solution-focused approach,
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills,
• A team player with a collaborative attitude.
