Position: Business Analyst at eTools

Overview:

We are looking for a senior business analyst to join our team who will be responsible for defining business problems through in-depth investigation and the gathering of technical and non-technical information. Once the issue is clearly understood, they outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the solution delivered meets those business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful completion of analytical design, building testing, and deployment tasks of product projects, software products, features, and functions; in addition, business analysts develop and monitor the data quality matrix and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
• Research the product market and undertake feasibility studies. conduct research, compile market intelligence, produce detailed analysis of key competitor projects, and present findings as and when required.
• Coordinate requirements for the writing of user stories for the development team.
• Seek to identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions while outlining business impacts.
• Seek to identify ways to increase adoption and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level for success in quality improvement and data management.
• Contribute and coordinate project-level analysis, producing the required project analysis documentation (business and system requirements, scope metrics, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).
• Execute the business plans by carrying out searches, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports.
• Serve as a license between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modification, enhancement, and implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, or a related field
• Proven 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
• Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages, familiarity with latest technologies.
• Deep understanding of APIs and integration solutions
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with requirements management tools is a plus

Pay: Up to Rs400,000.00 per month
