Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

Lead business and functional requirements gathering, including user story development, mockups/wireframes, and facilitation of client requirements discussions.

Translate business requirements into clear, actionable guidance for technical teams, supporting Agile development and solution delivery.

Execute and support functional web application testing, including use of automated testing tools to validate requirements and system behavior.

Develop training materials and provide user support to ensure successful adoption of modernized applications.

Perform Scrum support activities such as backlog management, sprint planning, and facilitating client demos and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications
Required
:
- Bachelor's degree

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.

3+ years' experience in Business Process & Requirements Gathering.

3+ years' experience in Functional Testing of web applications.

Ability to work full-time onsite at a client location in downtown Washington, DC.

Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Agile Design & Delivery (Foundational).

Scrum Master experience or training (Foundational).

AWS fundamentals (AWS 101 - Foundational).

SQL fundamentals (Foundational).
-
Web application development or deployment exposure (training or hands-on).
