Business Analyst

Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

• Lead business and functional requirements gathering, including user story development, mockups/wireframes, and facilitation of client requirements discussions.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable guidance for technical teams, supporting Agile development and solution delivery.
• Execute and support functional web application testing, including use of automated testing tools to validate requirements and system behavior.
• Develop training materials and provide user support to ensure successful adoption of modernized applications.
• Perform Scrum support activities such as backlog management, sprint planning, and facilitating client demos and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• 3+ years' experience in Business Process & Requirements Gathering.
• 3+ years' experience in Functional Testing of web applications.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at a client location in downtown Washington, DC.
• Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Agile Design & Delivery (Foundational).
• Scrum Master experience or training (Foundational).
• AWS fundamentals (AWS 101 - Foundational).
• SQL fundamentals (Foundational).
• Web application development or deployment exposure (training or hands-on).
