About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements across three key phases: IT Operations, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), and QA. You will prepare BRD documents, define integration scenarios and use cases, support operational process design, and act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for IT Ops, ESB, and QA phases.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), integration scenarios, and define use cases.
• Support the design of operational processes and standards.
• Coordinate between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements fulfillment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
