Business Analyst

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical delivery, supporting the successful implementation of complex digital and transportation technology solutions.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business and functional requirements into clear, structured requirements documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases)
  • Develop high-quality business and technical write-ups for client deliverables, reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of business requirements
  • Support solution design discussions by articulating business needs and validating proposed approaches
  • Prepare professional proposals, concept notes, and technical documentation for client engagements and bids
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine requirements
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities
  • Participate in workshops, client meetings, and solution demonstrations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital transformation projects
  • Proven experience in:
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Business and technical writing
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic (mandatory)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working on government, transportation, or large-scale enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration concepts
  • Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, or pre-sales activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
