We are actively hiring a Business Analyst to support AI-enabled software delivery and work closely with engineering, product, and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and delivered effectively in an Agile, AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and workflows
• Translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Define acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Manage and refine product backlog
• Work with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation
• Create process flows, reports, and business documentation
• Collaborate with teams on AI-enabled solutions and automation workflows

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of SDLC and product delivery lifecycle

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI-enabled product environments
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or automation tools
• Experience in client-facing or consulting roles
