Business Analyst – Orlando, FL (On-Site)

ThreatLocker is seeking a technically minded Business Analyst to join our Product and Development team. This role is focused on helping scope, define, and improve features across our cybersecurity platform while working closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

This is not a traditional reporting only BA role, we’re looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, organizing technical requirements, and contributing to product development within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and leadership teams to help improve workflows, define new features, and support scalable SaaS solutions in a high-growth environment where ideas move quickly and strong performance gets recognized.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Work with Product and Development teams to scope new features and enhancements
• Create and maintain workflows, technical documentation, and feature requirements
• Assist with UI/UX mockups and user journey planning
• Support product roadmaps and feature planning initiatives
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for system improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, sales, marketing, and finance teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience within software or SaaS environments
• Experience working closely with developers and technical teams
• Strong documentation and requirements gathering experience
• Experience with Confluence and technical collaboration tools
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, workflows, and modern web applications
• Experience with Figma, Balsamiq, or UI/UX collaboration tools preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
