Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wears multiple hats, and takes a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and fit.

This role is based on-site in Boca Raton, FL, with occasional flexibility. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and a small IT team to gather requirements, drive solutions, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across multiple functional areas
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with a small IT team to support solution design, testing, and implementation
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Drive process mapping, workflow improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Lead UAT, validation, and post-implementation support efforts
• Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource constraints
• Own documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in lean teams
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams (developers, infrastructure, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with project/task management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner) and collaboration platforms such as GitHub Enterprise
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Available to start on a contract basis with openness to converting to full-time employment
