Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· 11+ years of experience in Legacy system analysis and modernization strategies.
· 11+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), particularly for web-based application development.
· 11+ years in gathering requirements elicitation and documentation (business, functional, and technical).
· 11+ years of experience in translating legacy application behavior into modern web-based system requirements.
· 11+ years of experience in Stakeholder facilitation, communication, and consensus building, Project coordination and task tracking.
· Knowledge of analyzing SQL-based data models and system integrations.
· Reviewing system workflows and identifying modernization opportunities.
· Written, verbal, and presentation communication.
· Create clear, complete, and testable requirements documentation.
· Work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
· Identify system and compliance gaps and propose feasible solutions.
· Adapt to evolving technical requirements and modernization complexities.
· Maintain productive working relationships in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 11+ years of experience in business analysis or PM/BA roles.
· 8+years of demonstrated experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions.
· 8+ years of Hands-on experience working with .NET development teams and SQL databases.
· 8+ years of experience supporting large-scale IT systems within government or regulated environments.
· 8+ years of experience with project management methodologies.
