Business Analyst

Responsibility:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly and accurately.

• Study current processes and propose appropriate improvements to increase efficiency and achieve operational objectives.

• Work closely with technical teams and product teams to ensure business requirements are translated into practical and implementable solutions.

• Prepare business analysis documents, including:

• Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
• Use Cases
• Process Flows
• User Stories

• Participate in gap analysis and identify development and improvement opportunities in technology products.

• Follow up on requirements implementation and contribute to solution testing to ensure alignment with business needs.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and deliverables meet expectations.

• Support the launch and improvement of technology products through continuous analysis and impact measurement.

Requirement:

• At least four years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
