we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Mandatory Skills:

• 12 Year- Experience in Legacy system analysis and modernization strategies.
• 12 Year- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), particularly for web-based application development.
• 12 Year- Experience in gathering requirements elicitation and documentation (business, functional, and technical).
• 12 Year- Experience in translating legacy application behavior into modern web-based system requirements.
• 12 Year- Experience in Stakeholder facilitation, communication, and consensus building, Project coordination and task tracking.
• 12 Year- Knowledge of analyzing SQL-based data models and system integrations.
• 12 Year- Reviewing system workflows and identifying modernization opportunities.
• 12 Year- Written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• 12 Year- Create clear, complete, and testable requirements documentation.
• 12 Year- Work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• 12 Year- Identify system and compliance gaps and propose feasible solutions.
• 12 Year- Adapt to evolving technical requirements and modernization complexities.
• 12 Year- Maintain productive working relationships in a fast-paced project environment.
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12 Year- experience in business analysis or PM/BA roles.
• 8 Year- Demonstrated experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions.
• 8 Year- Hands-on experience working with .NET development teams and SQL databases.
• 8 Year- Experience with project management methodologies.
• 4 Year- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4 Year- Experience supporting large-scale IT systems within government or regulated environments
• 4 Year- PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or similar certification preferred.
