Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for in-house banking automated processes, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Document business processes, system requirements, and workflow specifications.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
- Support UAT, testing scenarios, and validation of solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions align with requirements.
- Use BA tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent to manage requirements and track changes.
- Communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong documentation skills (functional specs, process flows, wireframes, UAT scripts)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or equivalent
- Understanding of Microsoft Solutions preferably (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications in the Banking sector preferred.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Operations
- Familiarity with SharePoint for workflows and collaboration

Pay: BD600.000 - BD1,200.000 per month
