Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for in-house banking automated processes, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications.
  • Document business processes, system requirements, and workflow specifications.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
  • Support UAT, testing scenarios, and validation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions align with requirements.
  • Use BA tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent to manage requirements and track changes.
  • Communicate effectively across business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong documentation skills (functional specs, process flows, wireframes, UAT scripts)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or equivalent
  • Understanding of Microsoft Solutions preferably (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications in the Banking sector preferred.
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Operations
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for workflows and collaboration

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: BD600.000 - BD1,200.000 per month
